Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu

We have enjoyed using this first week back having a look at our buddy classes' blogs in our Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu group.  It is nice to have a genuine audience and one that has classes from different areas of New Zealand.  We are really just new to blogging last term - but we have picked it up quick and really enjoying sharing our learning with others and reading what other learners have been doing.

We have been impressed with the DLO's we have seen and also what some learners have given up for Lent.  We also enjoyed reading Anzac Day poem's  - they reminded us of our own  Anzac assembly we had today.

We are very keen to have a go at some super DLO's with animations and hope to be able to post them soon.  We are going to learn how to do this and our DP Koka Rachel has set us a challenge... keep watching for the results!!!

  1. Kia ora Moana Hub,
Great to see you are getting into Tuhi mai tuhi atu. I agree, having an audience for your blogs from around NZ is definitely nice. I look forward to seeing comments on your blogs.

  2. Kia ora Moana Hub,
I do the same job as Koka Maria in other Gisborne schools.
Blogging is a great way to meet other classes and students and share your learning. I wonder if the classes you connect with in Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu are in places you haven't been before? I look forward to reading more here and on your individual blogs
    Ngā mihi

Nau mai, haere mai, welcome to Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu. My name is Tania, I am a Manaiakalani Outreach Facilitator for Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu and I live in Whangarei, way further North than Gisborne. Have any of you ever ventured this far North? I have been to Gisborne a few times as my husbands Nana still lives there and we love to visit. I am looking forward to checking out your blog this term and seeing the incredible learning and creating happening in your class. I hope you all enjoy checking out other class blogs and leaving them positive, thoughtful, helpful comments.
    Ngā manaakitanga
    Tania
